1. Return Eligibility

You can return products within 30 days from the date of your purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item was purchased directly from Jones Road Beauty through our website at jonesroadbaeuty.store.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) when requesting a return.

Note: We do not accept returns for used or opened products, due to the nature of our skincare items and health regulations.


2. How to Return a Product

If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@jonesroadbaeuty.store with your order number and the product you wish to return. Please let us know the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number on the return package.
  3. Ship the Product Back:
    Send the product back to us at the following address:

    Wichita, KS 67208 Please use a trackable shipping method to return the product, and keep the tracking number for your reference.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund will exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
  • Exchanges:
    If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to request an exchange. The product must be in new, unused condition. We will send the replacement item once we have processed the return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@jonesroadbaeuty.store. We will provide you with a return label and a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, opened, or partially used products
  • Gift cards, sale items, or clearance products

6. Final Sale Items

All final sale items are non-returnable. These items are marked as “Final Sale” during checkout or on the product page.


7. International Returns

At this time, we only accept returns for orders placed within the United States. We do not accept returns for international orders, but we are happy to assist with any issues related to shipping or damaged items.
