At Jones Road Beauty, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Whether you’re purchasing a skincare product for yourself or as a gift, we want your items to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process better.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so be sure to check back for updates.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- After processing, your order will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number to monitor its progress.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50; otherwise, $5.00.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $10.00
- Overnight Shipping (Next business day): $20.00
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total and delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking number or if there are any delays with your order, please contact us at info@jonesroadbaeuty.store, and we’ll assist you promptly.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as:
- High order volume during sales or holidays
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances
If there are significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Incorrect or Missing Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Jones Road Beauty is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@jonesroadbaeuty.store, and we will do our best to update the information before the order ships.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@jonesroadbaeuty.store. We’ll be happy to assist you with a return, replacement, or refund for the damaged items. - Lost Orders:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue is not resolved with the carrier, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
8. PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. However, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses for U.S. military personnel. If you are located at an APO/FPO address, please contact our customer service team to arrange your order.
9. Shipping Holidays
We do not process orders on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
